About Stacy

I am a registered dietitian in the California bay area. School and internships have taken me from San Diego to San Francisco to Napa to Sacramento, where I have finally settled in and now call home. 

I'm a daughter, sister, fiancee, and unofficial stepparent; needless to say I'm surrounded by amazing and wonderful people who inspire and encourage me to be my best self. 

I love to bake, read, craft, and run. On my to-do list, you'll find: earning a Master's degree in pediatric nutrition, travelling the world, and writing a children's book series. 

I'm a sucker for lemon-flavored desserts, chocolate chip cookies, tortellini, and Cabernet Sauvignon. In my world, Alice Waters is a god, all fruits are available year-round, and litterers are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
